As a vital member of the Construction team, the Project Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of intricate projects. With a focus on the largest and most complex projects taken by ATS, this position assumes overall project management responsibilities. This entails overseeing staffing and financial aspects to guarantee project completion while effectively managing the project team. The Project Manager is also responsible for overseeing the designing and engineering of control system hardware and software programming in alignment with project plans, specifications, and contractual documents. Maintaining meticulous attention to detail, they ensure that all documentation remains accurate and comprehensive throughout the project lifecycle. They will serve as the primary interface with clients, handling pricing structures and negotiating change orders, and diligently supervise subcontractors and suppliers.
This position requires a combination of working in an office environment and routine visits to project jobsites up to 50% of working hours. Project jobsites present typical construction and outdoor conditions that require the use of personal protective equipment for safety purposes. Lifting and exerting up to 20 pounds infrequently required. Must be comfortable climbing a ladder infrequently. Small repetitive motions and use of small tools is included.
