Order Selector – West Phoenix – Day & Swing Shift

A leading manufacturer of paint products for both residential and commercial properties is hiring an  experienced Order Selector to join their team in  West Phoenix !

If you have at least 1 year of recent experience operating an Electric Pallet Jack Rider and 1 year of order selecting experience , this could be a great fit for you. We’re looking for reliable individuals with strong attendance and a track record of meeting performance goals.

After six weeks of perfect attendance, you’ll earn a $0.50/hour raise —and that’s just the start. This is a  temp-to-hire role with the potential for  performance-based bonuses and long-term growth in a supportive, safety-focused workplace.

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate  Double Electric Pallet Jack Rider
• Use a pick sheet to pull and organize customer orders
• Accurately count and stack products on pallets
• Operate pallet wrapping machine

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• Day Shift: 4:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. – $20.20/hour
• Swing Shift: 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. – $21.20/hour
• Summer Hours: ~9.5 hours/day
• Occasional voluntary overtime available

Pay:

• $20.20–$21.20 per hour (based on shift)
• $0.50/hour raise after 6 weeks of perfect attendance
• Performance incentives available upon hire

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of recent experience operating Electric Pallet Jack Rider
• 1–2 years of Order Selecting experience
• Strong attendance history and ability to meet performance goals
• Able to push, pull, lift (up to 60 lbs), twist, and stand for extended periods
